I’ve had a few friends get a visa or green card because they spoke at Hustle Con and or wrote on our blog. They were considered an alien of special ability because of it. I know nothing on this topic, but why don’t more people do this?
Like starting a blog or podcast or event and having your brand be a big part of it. Would this allow people to be considered an alien of extraordinary ability?
no. speaking at Hustle con or being featured on the blog would only be ONE piece of evidence towards ONE criteria point. you’d need to hit at least 3 (but ideally closer to 7) of the 10 criteria points (usually with multiple pieces of evidence for each):pic.twitter.com/YDbfytBFM8
