Consistently good content is difficult to publish. Few understand b/c few try. Thoughts: 1/ avg newsletter runs < 10 issues. It should be 100+ to start. 2/ leaders should own publishing vs. outsourcing it. 3/ writing should be about depth, not link-driven marketing drivel.

@jasonlk. He tweets literally 100 times a day. And I can't get enough of it. But if he said he was going to do that, most would say it's too much.
