A few mentors have told me that you shouldn’t default to hiring even though most of your team will push for it. Instead you should figure out how to automate things. Today a good buddy just hit $2m in rev for the month of nov. the biz is 14 months old. He has 3 employees.

And a possible 30mln revenue company accept the risk of basically have no one if an employee quit and another has medical issue? Seem more a gambling than a long term solution.
