A few mentors have told me that you shouldn’t default to hiring even though most of your team will push for it. Instead you should figure out how to automate things. Today a good buddy just hit $2m in rev for the month of nov. the biz is 14 months old. He has 3 employees.

Sure automation is the way to go when it's possible, with the RPA almost anything can be automated, hire only the cognitive/creative part of the process.
