To say being religious isn't mainstream in America is crazy. The majority presidents, maybe besides the present, was a Christian who attended service and had a religious advisor, in god we trust is written on our money, you need to swear on a religious book for public office.

And to say everyone in the media hates on religious folks is also wild. The most-watched Tv news network in the country is Fox and most of those viewers identify as religious.
