In order to distinguish yourself from competitors and increase sales you must simplify your service offering to something you know you can crush. Then, simplify your market to only those who want and need that simplified offering.
What’s your strategy for expansion. Ex: let’s say digital marketer is a $20m/year biz. What’s your framework to 5x, if you have or what that?

This is literally the question I’m answering right now plan for 2020. I believe it’s a combo of expanding DM’s model into other B2B verticals, and offering higher value services and software to existing install base.
