You were #bullied, #disrespected, taken advantage of, and used because you were young, eager and female. Equality? Kindness? Sharing? All lost due to #greed. You should have your piece of that pie. Go get it! Stop sweeping it under the rug. They don't care about you, never did.
Isn't that what salary is for? an employee gives you a service, they get something (typically a salary) in exchange. It's a fair agreement. Equity is a plus, but not mandatory.
