Network and opportunity in the Bay Area?
Austin is great. Why the hell hasn’t everyone in San Francisco moved there yet? Seriously...what are the downsides? People who moved from NYC or Sf to Austin what am I missing?

I've heard great things about Austin but it gets hot, the ocean is nowhere to be found, and you can't find slopes to ski/snowboard in the winter
