I met with someone tonight. He took it for 4 years. Wife and him wanted to have babies. Got tested. 0 sperm count. Dr said TRT crushed the count. Had to go on medicine for a year to counteract.

Did it work? What I've seen: it lowers sperm count but it fixable. But still looking around.

Pretty sure can take HCG along with TRT to maintain fertility, or dose clomid + HCG when you want to have kids.
