Construction jobs need to be made “cool”. They pay more than most jobs that have more “prestige”. Oilfield labor has taken several of these folks out of traditional construction bc they pay A TON.

Modular construction will continue to put pressure as efficiency of building indoors with pinpoint equipment grows. The amount of waste created by human error, weather, poor communication, is making modular the way of the future.
