Loads of NYC media companies are unionizing (or at least trying to). Buzzfeed, Vox, Thrillist, and more. I'm not an expert on unions, but I do know a little bit about them. Still, here is what I don't understand...

Or saying "we are not creating value as a company. we, the workers, are a MAJOR part of this company...we demand more training so we can adapt and learn more profitable skills! we also demand that leaders be held accountable for not making profits!!!"

Hell, look at the Vox and Buzzfeed offices! Cut costs. Move to...GASP...New Jersey for cheaper offices. How about packing more people in per square foot. Get profitable. Make soooo much money that employees get overpaid.pic.twitter.com/jXxgGGn7Ys
