I have four years of sobriety today. Life is far from perfect but has never been more enjoyable and fulfilling. It just keeps getting better. Very grateful.

It's not for everyone. Some people are great at moderation. But if you have issues with balance, it's great! I'm a person who goes 100% on everything (food, drink, work, whatever), so abstaining is very helpful if that's you.

For sure for sure. Balancing is hard! Also hangovers are horrible now that I’m older lol.
