I just figured out how to pay my apartment rent 100% with credit card points. At a solid redemption value too!
After doing the nomad thing for a while, I’m more excited about this than free travel. I’m a homebody now.

I work at amex. It has to be through a 3rd party aggregator which costs over 2% . Not worth it unless you use points for biz class
Awesome. Wasn’t sure if I got the exact percentage right. But he said he did it.

Theres various fees with different aggregators but usually north of 2%. Can pay anything not only taxes but not really worth it
