It’s a combo of knowing what having very little fees like, which puts even a tiniest amount of success in perspective and a willingness to take risks due to having little to lose and know that America has good safety nets as well as huge upside. And often, very little entitlement

The country that I think has the biggest ratio of ballers: Israel. Could be due to constant threat, mandatory military service, or something in the culture. But my Israeli buds are some of the boldest.
