    Co-creation is not gathering ideas from a bunch of people, then figuring out what you do with them later. That’s a consultation. One that is at best poorly planned, and at worst highly insulting.

    Since 2010, we've led codesign initiatives around the world while being reflective/critical of how efforts are run; we've shifted our practice significantly. On Friday will join 💯 allies to offer reflections on power dynamics, hypocrisies, possibilities in codesign.

    This paper is a helpful corrective for the impression that movements like constitute some kind of extra-legal mob justice. When norms are out of step with law (as they are around sexual assault) movements that change norms can strengthen law enforcement, due process etc

    across countries, increased reporting of sex assault and harassment by 10%. In at least the US, it also increased arrests for sexual assault. Effects were long lasting
