    Is referring to 'banana republics' while calling to "get the principles in place" an equivalent to 'monkey this up', ?

    What makes "shithole countries" an unacceptable term for 's J. A. Geltzer but not "banana republics" in his opinion as he calls to "...get the principles in place..."? Idea: Use principled synonyms like unstable, rudimentary countries.
