Imagine if you made a product and I told you I could sell it. You begin giving me your products because you like to make them and I sell them like crazy. You get used to the financial income and live accordingly. However, the demand for the product has risen.

So I demand more and more products so you can make more and more money. You begin to become tired and stressed to produce these products but you still meet quota even though I keep giving you small product changes to make here and there. You were a kid though, it's all you know.

Now I want more products and I want to pay you less and less often. There's a default in this one, a crack in that one, customer doesn't like this color, this one is too small etc. I'm not paying you for these. You get more stressed but I'm not going to offer help or insight.

You begin to make pennies on what you once were but feel your working 3x as hard. It almost goes backwards, you begin giving me your products for free in hopes one will be worth selling. I keep telling you that no one wants your products. I can't sell it, but thanks.

One day you decide to visit me and see me selling your product! The free product I told you I couldn't sell! I'm selling it and pocketing the money. How could I? Well, Mr. Company owner let me put his label on it which made it worth selling so I'm just going to pay him now.

You now are to work entirely for free, providing me free product I'll then label with Mr. Company who's done nothing involving this product, and he and I will pocket the money, giving you nothing but credit... if you're lucky. Yes, this is the story of @TeamYouTube
