You can't be taken seriously. We are already well behind targets. The low hanging fruit has been picked and yet you and Deben push for BAU. The Northern Hemisphere is already at 2C and your 6 previous budgets have done little to impact anything other than electricity generation.

The cost of retrofitting homes to make them suitable for heating by low temperature technologies like heat pumps seems astonishingly low. If it was that simple, much more deep retrofitting might have taken place before now.
