Yup!!! Exactly! I’ve felt the same, and that’s when you know the outcome is something that not only looks good to you, but will be enjoyable for players! And is this still GM? I’m trying to piece together how you did some of those effects haha

The dangling strings are most intriguing, but they seem to be just a spline/bezier curve with a wobbly animation - yeah? And the pictures on the cards are just texture primitives?

i thought about doing that, but it's even simpler than that... a pr_linestrip that lerps from from end to end, but w/ a square applied to the x position lerp to create that curve
