1000 sprites might sound like a low number (lol) but they make up a small minority of the art assets in the game. This screen for example has only 6 (3 for the bard, Miriam, flowers, and the ground texture). Most everything is hand drawn geometrypic.twitter.com/u4DzarHk6D

uhhh... folders!!! Also I always assign them into texture groups, and when doing dev builds I use different configs that exclude different groups, to speed up the build times/lower memory use! nice
