I'm thinking about making control stick up a jump button in wandersong so you can two stick with singing. Talk me out/in to this?

I think it would be too dangerous, as people might jump by accident due to the imprecision of sticks.

yeah... part of me is arrogant enough to think i can "solve" this with some prediction/states to modify sensitivity... but i may be a fool

i honestly think you could solve it. if your game really wants you to use the right stick while switching to airborne then could be worth.

another option would be doubling up jump on a bumper for hardcore players. and having it as a face button as well.

biggest stick up to jump obstacle is that it makes you point up, so getting any horizantal distance is impossible >->

you would have to track intent so players could trigger it with a diagonal stick up.
