sometimes i see a job posting for a game studio that sounds really exciting and i think about how nice it could be... having a salary...

cuz like. it's much easier to be excited about something when it is't "mine," if that makes sense... i think. i can only speculate :)

Interesting. Think your perspective is influenced any by where you are in the dev cycle? Seems like morale declines w/ progress sometimes

haha, probably. i'm at the classically worst part for morale. (still love the game and not even remotely thinking of stopping tho).
