a bit of both. it all feels reaaaaallly slow... the part i quit on was with an army of lil dudes that was so janky :/

Chapter 3's probably the best chapter IMO, but if you're not enjoying it so far, I don't know how much you'll continue to.

I'd recommend the original a bit more (for n64) mainly because the pacing is better and locations more memorable!

I think mechanically it is really solid and it has some inspired sections but it is really long, slow, and irritating at points.

The Battle Arena and the Pig curse (ch 3&5?) do some creative mechanic stuff, and the train chapter was my favorite one story-wise
