wanna make a twitter bot that tweets a string from a mysql database when prompted to by a game. game can supply the tweet. anyone know how?

@theBanov you can set up a server locally in about five minutes using WAMP on a Windows machine. easy as hell http://www.wampserver.com/en/ -
