idk, not a lawyer. bureaucratic bs aside Id think if we can agree somebody did something wrong then they should be punished, right? Justice?

@theBanov He's been found n/g on 2nd deg (i.e. "intent" 2 kill). All lawyers said hard to prove. Jurors are still deciding manslaughter. -
