You could try getting one via HOME but you'd probably not get a competitive one via that. There's also r/pokemontrades which might be your best shot oustide doing it yourself
oo, thanks for the advice. yeah i want a lightning rod one... i could take the rock head one and ability capsule it but that seems like a waste in case i ever want to try the hidden ability ^^; so i guess i'll just try to get the npc trade

Cant use ability capsules on hidden abilities (or to get one), so npc trade it is. ;)

dang. i did just find out you can get via a much more exploitable trade in let's go, so might be doing that. (hot tip if you're also looking).
