If you're not after a Rock Head one, you could catch a normal one and find the NPC trading the normal for an alolan one. Might have to softreset a bunch to get the 0SPE IV.. ;)
according to serebii you can only get it after finding a bunch of time consuming crap ;p but. Yeah I’m realizing it’s not easy to breed/replicate so I should probably get it myself

https://www.serebii.net/swordshield/ingametrade.shtml … You can get a Cursed Body/Lightning Rod) one by trading with an npc that randomly spawns on Armor Isle. Finding the 50 Diglett for the Rock Head one from the Diglett guy ain't too bad either but lots of soft resetting there

You could try getting one via HOME but you'd probably not get a competitive one via that. There's also r/pokemontrades which might be your best shot oustide doing it yourself
