i thought i was clever doing this for vegan friends when they couldn’t eat prosciutto w melon. nowadays i think it’s better than the prosciutto and put salt on tons of other fruit. mom was the OG!

Salt goes good on everything! If I need to drink black coffee I'll toss a pinch in there to bring out the good roasty flavors and keep the nasty bitterness at bay. It's science!
