if, like me, you never played Mario & Luigi Superstar Saga, the 3DS remake from last year is cute as a button and very fun! thanks @theBanov for the recommendation. I played and enjoyed Partners In Time when it came out, but had missed this one!

It has kind of faux 3D graphics that I was skeptical of at first, but it grew on me immediately! the animations and writing are so lively and fun, and the timed combat stuff is so good!
