You can check by highlighting it on your home menu and pressing + :) on 1.0.3 it shoouuuld be patched

Yes I am on version 1.0.3! Granted, it worked after I just restarted and played normally, and I’ve gone past that point where it softlocked in the game now, but thanks for checking in! If you have any more questions I would be happy to answer them as well!
