Windows! I'm on the latest drivers and OS update, with a GeForce 980 Ti. I should add that I resumed the game from this point, after saving it yesterday.
just tried again on my side and definitely not seeing that--hard to know whats going on :/ if a reset doesnt correct it, I would visit here and use the code to move ahead to the last scene of Act 3 (you only miss a couple screens) https://gl326.github.io/

I restarted the game a couple more times and the graphics became visible again, though the camera itself behaved quite strangely! Sorry for bothering
