Current status: being forced to replace Intel 10G-T NICs on an #OmniOS fileserver with 1G NICs in order to make it work decently.

@kebesays Eg 'mpstat 1' sees a lot of 100% system CPU time for one core, really slow response to some pings, many issues with slow iSCSI. -
@thatcks Can you mail me (danmcd@...) the output of "echo ::interrupts | mdb -k" alongside "psrinfo -vp"? -
