As mom of a nurse just completing her training, this breaks my heart. Nurses are a special breed - my daughter changed so much during her training! (Became more assertive, yet compassionate.) I stand in awe of the work you do so competently & compassionately.

Second, make sure she picks a specialty that fills her cup everyday. We’re all high aspiration, type A personalities, but it doesn’t mean we have to kill ourselves trying to constantly over achieve :)
