I appreciate you making this right Paul, but honestly, as someone who would have had to take evidence based practice courses, I’m still deeply disappointed in you.
You could have been using your platform, as a (former) medical professional, for the greater good, and to get us the F outta this pandemic, but you chose misinformation and encouraged vaccine hesitancy. You had the power and knowledge to do better.
These conversations need to happen. I’m grateful someone in an influential position was able to ask the questions many people haven’t been able to get answers to. It builds trust whereas pretending questions don’t exist alienates.
Sure they do… but could it not have been presented with factual, evidenced based information, after the answers were sought? Like “hey, me and my wife had this question, so we went to the source and here’s what we found!” Instead of leaving it for debate?
