I hate that line. 'Staff are taking well-deserved vacation time' I got an email saying I had accumulated too many vacation hours because I'd cancelled my vacation days to come in to work due to staffing shortages. Was 'asked' to take vacation days in the summer. Ridiculous
Not to mention, last summer they actually cut the amount of people they allowed to go on vacation to accommodate for connect care training, which never happened. So we actually had less people on vacation then usual, but still had major shortages
