Nope.
StatsCan report cited in the story says employment ROSE 1.8% in the year to March 2021. Vacancies are up bc the system is trying to staff up beyond normal growth, due to the pandemic.
This story's just wrong.

No disrespect to nurses-of course they've been strained by the worst health crisis in 100 years. But there's no national "exodus."
