I can’t change the election. I can advocate for my patients, speak up for my nurses, champion my LGBQT+ friends, support my kid’s teachers, and teach my children that compassion and kindness makes a province worth living in.
While I appreciate your sentiment, I’m not your nurse. The only one I’ve ever belonged to is the patient in front of me. And as an 11 year veteran of the the ED, I finally saw programs like @TeamARCH that stood up and helped the vulnerable when they needed it the most.
