Seen a couple tweets about it and I'm genuinely stumped. The hell is "sex redistribution"? It better not be what I think it is. It probably is what I think it is.

What the heck is an incel to begin with
-
involuntary celibate; a primarily (or exclusively, depending on who you ask) male “community” formed around the idea that they are being forced into celibacy by a culture which does not view them as sexually viable/desirable, and who believe this to be a huge injustice
-
they will typically demonstrate ideology along the lines that forcible celibacy is akin to torture and denies them the opportunity to live happily, healthily and fully - they advocate that everyone should be entitled to sex for the betterment of humanity
-
hence, ideas like “sex redistribution” (if I am correct). this comes about as they believe women exclusively control the, ah, “distribution” of sex (thus, women cannot be incel, because someone somewhere will always be willing to have sex with any woman)
-
therefore they would see it regulated like a household utility in case it is yet unclear: incel ideology is morbidly fascinating, but ultimately terrifying, and we should be giving them no ground whatsoever.

a lot of the ideas I had seen thrown around were not far off, yeah. for most of them it was more like, they wanted a sexual caste system in which the high-caste women would be somehow (legally?) obligated to meet a quota of sex with low-caste men
