love this. also has a great read on how she changed her mind about fame / prestige. It was a hard lesson for me to learn (which, for me, took a lot of plant medicine work)

I can remember reading this before years ago, and just re-read it. The penultimate bullet point has now particularly struck a chord, after a bad experience with someone I thought of as a friend.
