        Headline is unfortunate. He's saying knife arches at school will normalise knife carrying everywhere else so there will end up being more stabbing incidents.

        So by definition it should be seen as "more normal" to carry at school, so it is slightly "less normal" to carry in the street? Schools should in effect be willing to take one for the team? Evidence that this approach from schools lowers carrying knives outside of them?
