When Prigozhin, a Putin confidante, was recruiting in prisons a few months ago, he said on camera that anyone trying to leave or surrender will be killed. Russia, by the way, doesn’t have a death penalty. Neither does it have a legal mechanism for sending convicts to Ukraine.

The purpose of this video is to scare off ordinary Russians, not just Wagner’s men who may think of surrender. Don’t know whether Wagner should be labeled a terrorist organization or the world’s largest organized crime group, but this clearly shows the gangsterization of Russia.
