the tournament is by far the least enjoyable part of almost every major, and i think it's a waste of time to spectate at the venue

i've run 30+ brackets at tournaments and honestly it's one of the easiest 'jobs' i've done in my entire life, it is very easy

i understand there are extenuating circumstances sometimes but the vast majority of tournaments are run like complete shit

character choice is almost completely irrelevant to your success in guilty gear

there will never be an american that can consistently compete with the japanese gg scene unless arcades die completely

i'm as guilty of this as anyone but irreverent/meme culture is awful and toxic to growth as a competitive fg player

in the era of netplay if you have decent internet your local scene means nothing to your ability to ability to get 90% of the way to strong

the vast majority of midlevel players are fucking up so fundamentally that i'm convinced most of us aren't even really trying

winning is the most boring thing you can do in a fighting game, followed closely by losing and in a distant 3rd is literally everything else

rwby's ost is honestly pretty ok except for the lyrics

bbtag is going to be a significantly more interesting competitive game than dbfz

your attempt to appear disaffected by everything doesn't make you interesting, it makes you look like you're trying too hard

if you get mad at your opponent when you lose you should actually just quit fighting games immediately

being shorter is significantly better than being taller more often than not and it is also way cuter being tall is a net negative

the walking dead is such an overacted piece of shit television series that if you watch it i genuinely assume you aren't very smart

game of thrones is also overacted and very visually appealing total garbage, particularly after the first two seasons

black mirror is such an incredibly bad piece of media that i cannot even begin to describe why

in fact basically every live action "action drama" or whatever the fuck genre the walking dead and superhero shows are a part of is awful
