      @tempusfugitive Patents (even lame ones) are acquired defensively. Watch Apple get sued by the 'inventor of time' and 'inventor of maps.'

      @tempusfugitive I don't defend Apple under most circumstances, but they have been sued by tons of patent trolls over iTunes & every iDevice.

      @tempusfugitive There's truth in each perspective. But there was creativity in iPod, iPhone & iPad that redefined industries, got cloned.
