@tempusfugitive I don't defend Apple under most circumstances, but they have been sued by tons of patent trolls over iTunes & every iDevice.
@horwitz but sorry they don't create now. Even ITunes I could argue was done by creative b4. My issue is they aren't defensive but opposite
