@tempusfugitive Patents (even lame ones) are acquired defensively. Watch Apple get sued by the 'inventor of time' and 'inventor of maps.'
@horwitz Sorry don't see the patent onslaught against apple except for when they settled & screwed over podcasters. Understand they R ur $$$

@tempusfugitive I don't defend Apple under most circumstances, but they have been sued by tons of patent trolls over iTunes & every iDevice. -
@horwitz Will make peace to that I cant deny Apple defined the idea of making other ideas looking beautiful, but they "perfect" design
