Right handed, and probably a balance of the two. Would like at least a solid chef's knife and a santoku.

Okay, so I own 70 cooking knives. I know, I have a problem, some were gifts. I asked Scott about his dominant hand and if he wanted to sliced tomato slices he could read thru as Japanese knives which I own many do need to be special ordered for left handers. Going DM with him.
