They require a large amount of storage pace. So you need to know you are going to use it. It's good at making things crisp. So beyond fries, if you re-heat next day pizza, processed frozen foods, and these type of items, it can help. I don't. I skipped it.

Scott if you don't own an instapot / pressure cooker they make combined units. This make s more sense, but you really have to love cooking and thinking it out to how you use it. If you match this, this video is a good one to explain.https://youtu.be/634iiu71L1M

Thanks. I like the guy in that video. May need to start following his stuff. We do not currently have an instapot. We use our rice cooker a ton. I have a pressure smoker as well. The combo unit looks like it could replace the rice cooker as well as doing other things.
