BTW, I made it with Malaysian / Singapore style chicken rice as I had homemade bone broth. Under a blanket and happy except it's still way too hot. Give me my damn fall and not the one where it breaks bones. So ready for cool nights.

Tomorrow this is my meal plan. Want to pretend fall is here and it's cool outside. So I'm doing Venice Style Ribs / Costicine in tece with saffron risotto.
