This election is partly about saving RBG’s seat on the bench. But it’s also about saving Stephen Breyer’s seat. He’s 82. If Biden wins and the Dems win the Senate, his seat will be safe for the foreseeable future. If Trump wins, SCOTUS could become 7-2. Vote accordingly.
While the Court matters, it only does in a Democracy that follows the Constitution. While RBG is a stunning loss on a global level, Trump has already shown no regard for following the court. Even one desenting vote will anger the tyrant in him. 4 more years is to rubber-stamp him
