sometimes i get crazy and do salt and vinegar, but i made the mistake of a whole bag in one day and basically you know, burnt out my tastebuds for a week

Yep, I seriously have done the same. After spending a ton of time in the UK, I have built up what I thought was bulletproof ability for this flavor, but yet it took me down. I think it is because the vinegar powder is super-fine on those chips.
